For those of you who don't know what Renegade is, it's only one of the greatest 80's TV series known to man. Here's a brief summary of the plot: "After crooked cop Lieutenant "Dutch" Dixon kills his girlfriend and frames him for murder, Reno Raines escapes from jail and goes on the run. Teaming up with Bobby Sixkiller and Cheyenne Phillips, Reno works as a bounty hunter while searching for the only man who can clear his name. "
If that plot doesn't excite you, check your pulse, because you might be dead. However, if you just happen to be exceptionally skeptical, I hope the following images will change your mind.

Just look at those sexy abs! Who else could pull of nothing but a leather jacket? Only Renegade!
In the episode we saw, Reno saves a man who's drowning, only to find out that he's the town bully and that he's been robbing and beating people senseless...so Reno decides to beat HIM senseless. After running the bully out of town, Reno decides to hit the road again (renegades have to stay on the move). To his surprise, the town bully is waiting for him with the police, who identify him as Reno Raines and take him into custody. This is where Bobby Sixkiller comes into play. He sends false prints to the police station so that they'll let Reno go. After his escape, the bully kidnaps the sheriff's daughter. Although Reno has only just met her, he allows the bully to beat him with a bat without offering any resistance. After crawling away like a coward, begging for mercy, Reno wraps his dislocated arm in a sling, refusing any medical attention. He quickly finds the kidnapped sheriff's daughter and returns to face the bully once more (with only one arm and many other injuries, mind you). He makes short work of the bully and the Sheriff begins to arrest him. Before he can load him into the car, however, the town dork (a short little fat kid with glasses and no self-esteem), who also happens to be the sheriff's son, pulls out a gun and shoots the bully. Renegade writes away in the sunset and gets the girl.
Action packed show with a sexy man...could I ask for anything more? I submit that I could not!
P.S. Seasons 1-3 are available on DVD!

It sucks when the writers are on strike huh.
Gotta love the '80's.
