Structured Water

There's nothing quite like flying, and not for the reasons you think! There's a little thing called "SkyMall" that makes at least the first hour of your trip an undeniable thrill! For those of you unfamiliar, it is a magazine that lets you, yes, shop while on an airplane!

Now, the magazine doesn't contain things that you and I might call "useful", but crazy people who believe anything they read, it's a magazine full of miracles! Miracle hair regrowth treatments, magical bracelets that cure any disease you might have, etc. But this one tops them all... It was a new addition to the magazine from last month's issue. I saw it and I just HAD to tear it out! Be sure to read the "Facts":

Can you believe they're actually serious!?!? After seeing it I had to mention it to our friend, who happens to be a food scientist. She works for one of those Tahitian Noni, hyped "magical" juices, kind of places, so I thought she'd get a kick out of it. She ended up telling us all about how her company is considering getting into the structured water bracket and we all laughed about what a hype it was. She was even kind enough to provide us a couple samples of their competitor's products:

This water is, "Purified, Remineralized, Ionized, Microstructures, and Oxygen Rich!" In other words, "$5/bottle of tap water."

I LOVE SkyMall! Haha...I've never seen structured water before, though.

So is that ad saying that "inspirational" words can change the molecular structure of water???? Geez...the things people will buy these days...
