First LEK activity

Last night I took a cab to meet Ryan at the W hotel in Westwood. I did have the car (Ryan and roommate took a cab in the morning for their first day), but I wasn't about to make this my first driving experience in L.A.

I felt all fancy when I stepped out of the taxi and people were holding doors open for me. I waited a little while for Ryan and his co-workers to get there.

When he got there we went to the outside area they had and mingled with all the other interns, the consultants, and some of the head people. They brought us fancy drinks (lemonade, virgin mojito, virgin strawberry daiquiri, notice a trend?) I didn't feel too out of place since there were 4 consultants who came from BYU heading up the virgin daiquiris.
There was also lot's of yummy food. It was a good night. Lots of name memorizing, though. We'll see how I do when we go to dinner with them again Wednesday.

More pictures of the apartment to come. I just wanted to clean if first. It's a lot bigger job then you would think.
