Week in review

It has been a busy week! Ok, so I say that about most of my weeks. This week I had a clamshell box due in my bookbinding class. I didn't finish in time because I was sick all last week. I did finish it while I was in class though. I think it turned out beautifully. I made it for my scriptures since I don't have a case for them. Yeah, I just might make a few more in different colors.
Also, this week we saw they were tearing down DT. For those of you not acustumed to BYU lingo, DT is short for Deseret Towers. They were the dorms that I lived in while I was a freshmen. Yup just me and one other girl sharing a room. We shared two bathrooms with 40 girls and would go eat down in the cafeteria called the Morris Center. Ah good times.

It's kind of sad to see it go down.

They stopped wrecking it just as we came to see, but here is the big wrecking ball, not at all looking like a ball. Cartoons have lied to me all these years. I'm ever so disappointed.






Friday Ryan tried out for Battle of the Bands. I am so proud. His band sounded the best out of all the other bands I heard...which was 2. Still, I think they did way good. I hope they make it in. We'll know by next week.

The singer was pretty good. He was so nice to fly out from New York just for this audition.

And of course my Ryan banging away. I'm so proud.
